Does your institution collect assessment data continuously throughout the term? eLumen now offers two options for generating SLO performance reports.
Institutions can maintain the current system where eLumen provides the most up-to-date data but the reports remained queued while faculty enter scores.
For Institutions that score more often, you can opt for a new option where SLO performance reports can run while faculty are actively scoring. In this option, eLumen automatically generates analytics every six hours so you can create your reports from this database. Email our support desk at tickets@elumen.info to enable this new SLO report generation strategy.
Inside eLumen
Feature Development Process
eLumen develops the software with you in mind! Read an article by Consuelo Merino, eLumen Product Manager, who retells the thought process behind our current feature release: Program Builder. It is "a tool designed for data entry into a tool that empowers institutions to make informed decisions on program curriculum development and iterate on those designs in order to improve their system of record."
How can you leverage eLumen data to badge student competencies for CTE and non-CTE programs? How can badging serve both the student and the institution? Through the data you already have in eLumen and our new partnership with leading badging software, Badgr, this is all possible.
eLumen's annual user conference will take place virtually July 27-29 from 1-4:15pm pst. Learn about new feature releases in eLumen's software, strategic interactive client presentations, eLumen's integration with third party vendors, and more!

Joel Hernandez, presented with CCCCO CIOs at their virtual spring conference. They laid a conceptual groundwork for 21st Century Workforce, they also discussed just how important getting the fundamentals of sustainable Academic Affairs is to all of the initiatives facing institutions today, from Equity to Transfer Pathways to Workforce. He also highlighted new system features of eLumen developed in partnership with LACCD: by taking a city-wide, collaborative approach, the nine (9) independent LA community colleges are laying the groundwork for comprehensive pathways and availability across one of the largest systems in the U.S. “Whether it’s improving our articulation and change reporting or providing visualized pathways of attainment, eLumen must partner with institutions to help make their futures possible in ways that are sustainable for them.”
